our Big Questions!

1. What are big questions?

Big Questions are ones that make you really think deeply, and cannot be answered with just a few words. They often (but not always) start with phrases like

  •  "How...?"

  •  "Why.....?"

  •  "What if....?"

  •  "Hmm that's strange. I wonder why...?"

And they usually pop into your mind as you're thinking about something else!

It's best if they have NO real names (so none that start with a capital letter) to keep the Big Question wide-ranging and not too specific or skinny. So for instance, instead of asking, "Why does Blackie like catching and bringing birds to me?", you could ask, "Why do cats like catching and bringing birds to their owners?"--  a MUCH deeper and more interesting question to everybody!

2. Here are our Big Questions,

formed as we develop our understandings of this whole concept. Hopefully they will also get YOU pondering!
